Who we are
This website, illaacoustics.com, is run by Mattia Petrini, Italian tax code (codice fiscale) [CODICE FISCALE], Strada di Cerreta 31a, 05100 Terni (TR), Italy, trading as ILLA Acoustics. Email: hello@illaacoustics.com.
We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
What we collect
- Email address, required to join the first batch.
- First name, room size and room type, only if you choose to give them.
- Proof of consent: the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and the technical data our email provider records for that purpose.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for anything other than what is written here.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To email you when the first batch of ILLA panels is ready and about the launch.
- To prepare a proposal for your room, if you gave us its details.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box and confirming by email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by writing to us. Withdrawing doesn't affect what we did before.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the sign-up list and sends our emails, on servers in the EU.
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd) checks that sign-ups come from people, not bots. Google may process data such as your IP address and browser details, and may transfer it to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Netlify hosts this website and Cloudflare handles our domain and email routing. Both may process technical data such as IP addresses, including in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we never launch, or you never hear from us for 24 months, we delete the list.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@illaacoustics.com. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
Cookies
This website doesn't set its own cookies or use analytics. Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the sign-up form, may set cookies needed for that security check.
